I recently said to a friend that I don’t do pigeon pose too often. Well, that’s not quite true. It is a great pose for when I prepare lessons. There are a handful of poses that work while writing. Pigeon is definitely one of my favourites. #yoga #yogaeverydamnday #paulssonpaleo #pigeonpose
